This project refers to a touristic development with 4-star rating, of Nature Tourism. It includes 38 housing units distributed in four clusters, and a central cluster with office and shop, bar and restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and gym, and outdoor swimming pools. It also provides a Nature Interpretation Centre, stables, kennels and riding ring, playfields, common leisure areas, an organic vegetable garden and areas for nature conservation.

The terrain is infrastructured to reduce the impact of road traffic, with only one road access, complemented by a network of footpaths, which ensures pedestrian, bicycle and/or electric car. Is implemented a network of water recovery and treatment, energy supply by solar panels, and selective waste management and composting.

The Landscape structure consists of several elements associated with the set program, the site constraints, and its landscape integration, namely: a Mediterranean Forest and Plantation of Quercus, a Deciduous Forest, as Edaphic Humid Zone, the Limits and Visual Filters, an Organic Vegetable Garden, the Leisure areas and the integration of the Buildings, and Protection Zones for areas of conservation interest.
