The building has 7 floors, of which, one is underground. This is a building on a street corner with services in the first two floors such as shops, banks, offices, restaurants and a movie theater with the capacity for 180 people and housing in the upper floors. The underground floor has a parking lot and a technical zone where is the the generator of emergency for the entire building. At the second floor above the theater there is a pool.

The structural solution adopted is the traditional structural elements of reinforced concrete made in situ.
